 | To register for classes, please call JCAA at 304-728-3287, Monday-Friday
from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. |
 | All classes require an advance registration of ten (10) days prior to
class start date. |
 | A $10.00 non-refundable fee will apply for all late registrations for
classes that have fees. |
 | Cancellation request for refunds must be made in writing one (1) week
prior to class start date, after that all tuition fees will be forfeited. |
 | JCAA reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient
enrollment. |
 | Refunds will be made for all classes cancelled by JCAA. |
 | Mandatory certification classes will go on as scheduled with minimal
enrollment. |
 | Class fees are for instructors fees and books. |
 | County (active) providers reimbursement is based on successful
completion of class. |
 | Purpose of registration is for accountability. |
 | All county training provided by JCAA will be posted on our web-site. |
 | Class times, date and locations will be posted 30 days in advance. |
 | Classes taken out-of-county, will not be reimbursed by JCAA without prior
approval. |
 | BLS providers can take advanced class. |
 | Mandatory ALS classes: ACLS, ITLS, PEPP, Skills, CPR, Infection Control,
Paramedic Recertification. |
 | Mandatory BLS classes: EMT Recertification, Skills, CPR, Infection
Control, ITLS. |
 | All county classes are approved by JCAA, OES, RESA VIII and the County
Medical Director as Continuing Education Credits.
